Comfort Inn Payson

At first I was a little skeptical to stay here. Right off the Main Street - it could be so noisy. Then I walked in to the most pleasant greeting. A lady named Patricia! She was so kind. She laughed with my sons. Extremely professional. Thoughtful. So personable. She got us checked in super fast, gave us an overview of all the amenities the hotel had to offer - including the hot tub and pool. I don’t know what about her, but her smile was so genuine made me feel so welcomed. Thanks Patricia for taking such great care of us and welcoming us to payson.

I stayed here over the weekend while attending a wedding. The staff was friendly, the rooms were clean and the over all experience was good. Lots of great food nearby. I’d stay here again.

Ashley at the front desk helped my family with everything. We have a wedding tomorrow and it’s our first time in Arizona. The Comfort Inn was extremely clean and comfortable after our 8 hour travel day. Thank you Ashley & all staff and management for having us.

Hey for the price, great service in front, the indoor jacuzzi was great, breakfast was adequate .perfect stay over for our move.

I had made my reservation by phone while driving toward Payson. However, due to a poor connection, I couldn't complete it, so we drove straight to the hotel. At the front desk, I asked the lady if her name was Juanita, which she happily confirmed. She still had my request, even though she can't reserve/book a room without payment information (credit/debit card). She kept the room available and checked us in quickly. I was quite impressed that she called me by my name the entire time! Even the next morning, when we came for breakfast, she greeted us with "Good morning, Eric." Impressive! And the hotel seemed pretty full (the parking lot was almost full). The rooms were okay. We appreciated that there was a refrigerator, coffee/tea maker, and microwave in the room. The bathroom was okay, but it would need updating in a year or two. Parking is free right in front of the hotel. The breakfast was a bit basic, not a huge selection, but also okay. Overall, the value was reasonable. We would choose the Comfort Inn again when we stay overnight in Payson.

Patricia was the absolutely most friendliest front desk associate I've ever met. She will be the reason I come back..if it weren't for her kindness and homely energy which made my girls and husband and I feel at home, then we probably wouldn't have enjoyed it this much. She definitely made everything so much better. The way she cared for my girls and just the smile on her face really helped my kids not miss home too much. Thank you so much for your kindness Patricia! We will definitely stay again especially because of you!!

I love Comfort inn's. A little more expensive but worth it. Everything is fresh and clean. The employee's are very helpful. Great channel selection. The sheets are soft, not scratchy. There aren't parties in front of your room like motel 6. And you get to park in front of your room most of the time.

This place was amazing. My family and I enjoyed every minute of the time spent. The staff were so friendly, and especially Mrs. Patricia, whom , was the nicest manager took the time to cater to every guest that I watched as we spoke at the front desk for directions. Thank you so much for your hospitality! We will definitely be returning again! DD..
